If your concern is not resolved at this level or it persists, the eligible party may be referred to the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services Youth and Family Ombudsman. The office investigates and resolves concerns and complaints submitted by or on behalf of children and families involved with public children services agencies, Title IV-E agencies, or private provider agencies.
